Victim arrested against will, pushed out of moving vehicle, boyfriend arrested in California, authorities say
A man suspected of holding his girlfriend against her will and throwing her out of a moving car was arrested overnight in an unincorporated area of ​​Bloomington, officials said Tuesday.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the first incident occurred around 7 p.m. allegedly forced to stay.
Escobar eventually slowed down near the intersection of Slaver and Linden Streets and pushed the victim out of the vehicle, the Sheriff’s Department said.
Good Samaritans who witnessed the incident helped the victims and reported them to the authorities.
Arriving officers determined that the victim had been involved in the ongoing unrest in Riverside County.
She was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries, the Sheriff’s Department said.
Agents obtained a warrant and located Mr. Escobar late Monday at his home on Block 1100 North Lilac Avenue in Rialto.
Escobar tried to escape, but was quickly apprehended and arrested.
