Rockfall Closes Highway to Yosemite National Park CA
Due to rockfall reported on December 12, 2022, the section of Highway 120 to Yosemite National Park is closed to traffic.
Drivers heading to Yosemite National Park via Highway 120 have been warned to plan an alternative route after falling rocks closed the road on Monday.
The incident occurred on the Big Oak Flat Road between Foresta Crossroads and Yosemite Valley. Officials warned that it could last several days before road workers can clear the route.
Visitors can access Yosemite Valley via Highway 140 and Highway 41.
