One dead in SF shooting Thursday night

SAN FRANCISCO (Cron) — A male victim was shot dead Thursday night in San Francisco’s Western Addition neighborhood, San Francisco police confirmed.

SFPD officers responded to Block 1800 on Eddy Street around 7:14 p.m. for reports of shootings. Officers arrived on the scene to locate and rescue the shot victim.

The victim was taken to a hospital and his injuries are not life-threatening. He was later confirmed dead at the hospital.
