The project’s location is roughly halfway between Highway 405 and the Pacific Ocean, and “Cameron Lane is the perfect place to work and play while enjoying all that Southern California has to offer.”
New homes sell relatively well In a sluggish housing market.
Orange County builders sold 234 new homes in March, up 44% for the month, but down 2% for the year, according to CoreLogic. The median price for a new home in Orange County was $1.19 million, down 4% in a month and 9% in a year. The builder earned him 11.1% of all Orange County sales in March, compared with 7.5% 12 months ago.
