Zach Roloff turned 32 on Tuesday, May 10th.
But Little People, the Big World, received the best possible gift just over a week earlier … when her third child came into the universe.
“Welcome to the world of sweet Josiah Luke!” Zach and his wife, Tori, posted a video on Instagram several days ago of their newborn son sleeping, adding:
“You surprised us all with your early arrival, but the wait also felt like a lifetime!”
To celebrate her husband’s age as a parent, Tori posted the snapshot above on social media and, in our opinion, marked the first time Zach was posing with all three children in the same frame.
The veteran reality star and his wife are also the parents of a son named Jackson and a daughter named Lilah.
What about Josiah?
She was born at 9:02 a.m. on April 30, measured at birth at 19.5 inches and weighing seven pounds / six ounces.
“Happy birthday to my favorite person on the planet,” Tori wrote on Instagram yesterday.
“I love you so much Zachary, and I love that I get to live life with you.
“I hope you feel so loved today by us (your family) and everyone else!
“Thank you for being your best husband, father and friend! Now let’s go for spaghetti and cake!”
Nam! Spaghetti and cake!
Zach and Tori return to the spotlight on the small screen on May 17 as Little People, Big World begins a new season.
As bullied during the premiere of the premiere, this spring in the TLC hit is Zach’s attempt to buy the family’s farm from his father Matt.
“When Zach and I finally sat down, we were really in different camps about what kind of deal could go on.” Matt says in his confession about the upcoming premierethanks to this glimpse.
“Zach came really hot. He didn’t come to negotiate. He came to insist.”
Zach blames Matt for breaking the farm deal.
“He’s looking for a situation he can control,” Zach explains in the same footage of this same episode. “You’re not dictating terms here. You’ve been dictating too much for too long.”
It’s quite different from Zach expressing such frustration in a broadcast, especially when it comes to a loved one.
At the same time on Mother’s Day Tori opened the maternity trip With Josiah Luke.
“You see the best moments on Instagram,” he wrote at the time.
“The recovery was so intense at first. The hospital was a real nightmare (not because of the hospital, but only because of the events), and I am so grateful for all the help we received.
“Everyone told me in retrospect how hard c episode # 3 is … they’re right. I don’t remember that kind of pain!
Added Tori, who emphasizes that he Is grateful for this last pregnancy and the third second son:
“My pain was so hard the first night at home when we almost called the emergency number. Luckily after that I got on the drug tracks …
“Fortunately, Josiah is actually the easiest baby.
“She’s been so cool and calm about everything we’ve been through last week.”
