Black driver pulled to the south California Using a mobile phone while driving caused a racist riot against a Hispanic sheriff’s agent, calling him a “murderer” and “always being Mexican” and “never white.” It won’t be. “
A bodycam video of the April 23 incident in San Dimas surfaced on Monday. The clip was first obtained by Fox news..
“Can you tell me why I’m being harassed today? Because I was below the speed limit.”
“The speed limit is 40 and I’m 38, why are you harassing me?” The woman asks the sheriff’s deputy.
“You are right,” the adjutant replies. “Because I pulled you …”
On April 23, a deputy officer at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office pulled a black woman who was quoted as using her cell phone while driving.
During the encounter, a woman who said she was a teacher accused her adjutant of being a “murderer.”
“You will always be Mexican,” she says. “You never be white. You know that, right?” She adds: “You never be white. That’s what you really want to be.”
At this point, the woman is interrupting her adjutant. She tells him that she took out her cell phone to record the interaction because “you are a murderer.”
“You can’t get on your cell phone while driving,” the adjutant tells the woman.
The woman replies: “I was recording you because you scared me.”
“You can’t use your cell phone while driving,” the adjutant replied.
“I can record you,” the woman replies.
After the adjutant asks to see the woman’s driver’s license, she replies: “It’s in my apartment.”
“I accidentally left it at home,” she adds.
The adjutant then asks you to see a photo of your driver’s license.
The woman says she has a photo of her driver’s license. Then she asks her agent to “call her boss.”
“I’ve already done that,” says the adjutant. “He is on the way.”
The woman replies, “Like.” “Because you are a murderer.”
Another agent, who appears to be the supervisor, comes in and explains to the driver that she was quoted for using her cell phone while driving.
“Sign the quote, wife,” the adjutant tells the woman. The woman then repeated her former slur, calling her adjutant a “Mexico racist.”
The woman then complains again about being pulled.
“So do you give me a cell phone ticket? So are you harassing me?” She says.
The adjutant answers this:’This is not about harassment. I am enforcing the law. “
“When the police are harassing me, I have the right to record the police,” says the woman.
“By all means,” the adjutant replies. “But you can’t do that while driving.”
The woman says: “I didn’t send text messages or did none of them.”
“You scared me and made me think you were trying to kill me,” the woman says.
“Okay, well, I’m sorry you feel that way,” he replies.
“Well, that’s not just a feeling. You’re a murderer.”
The adjutant answers: “OK.”
The woman then displays a photo of her driver’s license on her mobile phone.
The adjutant then asks her to magnify the image.
“Of course,” she replies. “And I’m completely legal. And I’m a teacher. So there.”
The adjutant then responds as follows: “Congratulations.”
After a while, the woman says: “You are a murderer.”
Next, the adjutant asks the woman to write her name because the name does not appear on the screen.
The woman then magnifies the license photo further.
“Go here, the murderer,” she says.
Apparently the lieutenant still can’t see the name and asks the woman to zoom in a little more.
“No, because you scare me,” she says.
“You are threatening to kill me and my son.”
The woman in question, who is a professor at several schools in the Los Angeles area, is also known to have frequently filed false complaints with her agents. LASD refused to reveal her identity
When the adjutant asks the woman if the Mercedes-Benz she is driving belongs to her, she replies:’Yes, yes. Are you saying I stole my car because you’re jealous? “
“What does that mean?” The woman asks.
When another agent comes in and tells the woman that she is said to be using her cell phone while driving, she calls the first agent a “Mexico racist.”
“Sign the quote, wife,” the adjutant tells the woman.
The woman then repeated her former slur, calling her adjutant a “Mexico racist.”
“You will always be Mexican,” she says. “You never be white. You know that, right?”
She adds: “You never be white. That’s what you really want to be.”
“Happy day,” the adjutant tells the woman.
The video ends with what the woman says: “You want to be very terribly white.”
A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s spokesperson told the DailyMail.com: The person in the video has filed a personnel complaint against his agent on the grounds of “rudeness” and is under active investigation.
“We cannot comment further on the supervisory inquiry due to a positive complaint.
“What we can say is that police officers are faced with situations that are captured daily in this video, and they respond with professionalism, compassion, and patience on a daily basis.”
According to Fox News, the video was captured by the adjutant’s own personal camera, and he wears it to protect himself at work.
