Yo Gotti ‘Grateful’ Feds Find Mississippi Prison Conditions Unconstitutional

Infamous state prison Jay-Z, Yo Gotti The federal government has now branded the detainees unconstitutional and several others inhumane treatment of detainees.
The Justice Department strongly condemned Mississippi Parchman State Prison on Wednesday in a 59-page report that mentions inadequate mental health care, inadequate suicide prevention measures, or the protection of inmates from prison violence.
Jay’s Team Roc lawyers filed several lawsuits on behalf of the inmates after horrific videos depicting Parchman’s internal circumstances were posted online. Gotti, who grew up near the prison, was particularly furious … and the DOJ agrees that the prison needs a major overhaul.
According to the report, Parchman’s terms “violate the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution” – in essence, prevent state prisons from imposing cruel and unusual punishments.
Gotti tells TMZ, “I am grateful for a thorough report by the U.S. Department of Justice holding the Mississippi prisoner accountable for the cruel and inhuman treatment of the incarcerated population.”
He says he will continue to fight for the Parchman prisoners “until they get the right they deserve.” The DoJ says it is working with MS state officials to make the necessary reforms.
