Manresa puts 20 years of restaurant history up for sale

Want a piece of Michelin 3-star history in your dining room?

Chef-owner David Kinch’s legendary Los Gatos restaurant, Manresa, is having a sale on Saturday, January 7, featuring plates, serving pieces, tableware, wine glasses, carafes, tables, chairs, and select art. Make your work available to the public.

Kinch had its last dinner guests in December and closed after its finale on December 31st. He made a planned departure from his world-famous restaurant—one of only six of his restaurants in California to hold his three coveted Michelin stars. At the time of the announcement, he said in an email: Focuses on (his) more casual local establishments such as The Bywater in Los Gatos, Mentone in Aptos, and Manresa Bled outlets.

A note posted on the website reads: Thanks to David Kinch for his vision, dedication and technology. Thank you for all your hard work, effort, sacrifice and tears for our team. We will miss each and every one of you, but will cherish all the memories we shared within the four walls of Manresa. ”

The restaurant opens at 11am and closes at 6pm or when sold out. Only a limited number of customers are allowed inside at any time.

Manresa has not announced any payment methods it accepts and does not offer a price range.
