Woman found dead in Rancho Peñasquitos condominium is ID’d

San Diego police have identified the woman who was found dead last week in a Rancho Peñasquitos condominium as 45-year-old Nahal Connie Dadkhah.

Dadkhah was found Wednesday morning inside a condominium on Twin Trails Drive just east of Black Mountain Road. Police said she was “apparently dead” and had bruises on her upper body.

Police arrested a man at the scene, who identified him as 43-year-old Parrish Juan Chamber.. He was sentenced to prison on suspicion of murder.

Police have not released any information about the victim’s relationship with the suspect.

The night before Dadkhah’s body was found, neighbors had called police to report a Chambers disturbance in the apartment. Police made several attempts to contact Chambers and anyone inside the apartment, but received no response. “Because they could not confirm that a crime had taken place, they left,” said Lt. Steve Shebloski, referring to police homicide.

No other information about the incident was immediately released.

Anyone with information about the incident was called to the homicide unit at (619) 531-2293 or Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477.
