Winning Personality Who Coughed on Uber Driver Last Year Arrested For Identity Theft In Miami

The 25-year-old woman, whose friends and family probably should have sat her down years ago and confronted her penchant for bad decisions, is once again in trouble, this time in Miami.

Remember Arna Kimiai, the obnoxious young visitor to San Francisco who picked the wrong city to be frivolous, drunk and confrontational about wearing masks in an Uber before anyone was vaccinated. cough on the driver and snatch his cell phone from him? She’s in trouble again! Imagine that.

In the year or so since Kimiai was caught on camera being a trash person with two of her friends, she’s taken to Instagram Live in her underwear in a poor attempt to defend her actions. pleaded not guilty ambush, got a lifetime ban from Uber and Lyft (which she probably found a workaround for?), was arrested in Los Angeles for disorderly conduct (also caught on video), and now she’s back in Miami in conversation.

As ABC 7 reports, Kimiai is suspected of using someone else’s ID to rent a penthouse in Miami and attend to other business – the identity of a former neighbor who lived in LA last year. She faces charges of grand theft, organized fraud, and fraudulent use of personal information. according to the chroniclewho spoke to the Miami Police Department.

Kimiai’s attorney, Seth Morris, told ABC 7 that Kimiai turned himself in to Miami police Wednesday night and is in the process of posting bail.

The woman whose identity Kimiai allegedly stole is an oncology nurse named Emily in San Francisco. Emily, who declined to give her last name, filed police reports obtained by ABC 7 in the case and says she was made aware of the scam after seeing some strange warnings from Chase. This led her to find out that her loan had been run from several Miami luxury buildings and car dealerships without her permission — because of course, this whirlwind of chaos has some music video dreams of living the Miami high life, but she couldn’t She can’t do that with her own criminal record, shattered identity and undoubtedly bad credit!

“Finding out that that was the person who was targeting me was just crazy for me,” Emily tells ABC 7. She explained that a cell phone number used in one of the Miami applications led her to Kimiai’s name and a Google search turned up the Uber cough story and more — and the images helped Emily connect the dots. This was a woman she had seen a couple of times in the hallway of a building where she stayed in Los Angeles last September and that’s where she probably stole mail and probably started this plan.

The luxury building, where Kimiai appeared to have successfully rented a penthouse, issued a statement to ABC 7, saying, “We are aware of an incident… in which a resident allegedly used a fake ID to rent an apartment… we are fully cooperating with the police in their investigation.”

Speaking to ABC 7, Emily said, “I just find it appalling that someone could take a really easy way out, a get-rich-quick scheme, and try to live in the lap of luxury at someone else’s expense.”

Yes, it is! And I think it’s no exaggeration to say that this woman is a horrible person who may need a serious prison sentence and rehabilitation! Or she will just always be garbage.

By the way, Uber’s cough/attack case still hasn’t gone to court. That is planned for June.

Kimiai’s friend who allegedly pepper sprayed the Uber driver that day in March 2021 was also Malaysia King arrested just days after the Las Vegas incident for bank fraud. Apparently, she still faces assault charges in the Uber case.
