WEATHER UPDATE: Warmer temperatures will return to Fontana this week | News

After experiencing some of the coolest (and lightest) days, Fontana residents will have a return to sunshine and warmer temperatures this week, according to the National Weather Service.

Here is the forecast:

Sunday, May 29 – Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high wind close to 76. Light and variable westerly wind 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Winds can blow up to 20 mph.

Sunday Evening – Mostly clear, with temperatures as low as around 54. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph becoming light and changeable in the evening. Winds can blow up to 20 mph.

Remembrance Day, Monday, May 30 – Sunny, with a maximum close to 81. West wind 5 to 10 mph rising to 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Winds can blow up to 25 mph.

Monday Evening – Mostly clear, with a low wind of about 56. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becomes light and changeable. Winds can blow up to 20 mph.

Tuesday, May 31st – Sunny, with a maximum wind close to 85. Northeast wind 5 to 15 mph turning from west in the afternoon. Winds can blow up to 25 mph.
