PINON HILLS, California (VVNG.com) – In a direct collision between a motorcycle and a truck, one driver was killed and another was seriously injured on Sunday afternoon in Pinon Hills.
It happened on Feb. 27, 2022, around 1:16 p.m., along part of the bridge on Pearbloss Highway near 263rd Street and involved a silver Toyota Tacoma and perhaps a black Harley-Davisdon motorcycle.
According to the records of the incident of the California patrol on the highway, the motorcycle was on fire, and two drivers were lowered, and people at the scene were looking for towels and blankets for the injured.
Ambulance staff arrived and stated that one driver had died, another had suffered serious injuries and two others with non-life-threatening injuries.
An Air Rescue 5 helicopter landed at the scene and transported another rider to Antelope Valley Hospital.
CalTrans helped the CHP close the hard road in both directions on Pearbloss Highway until approximately 6:35 p.m.
A California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash, and additional information will be updated as soon as it becomes available.
