Twitter Expands Direct Message Search to More Than Just Names

Twitter Users will now be able to seek their direct messages with names and keywords, This was announced on Wednesday by Twitter. The new feature will allow users to find past conversations even if they can’t remember who they had them with.

Until now, Twitter’s direct message search has allowed people to pull up conversations just by a user’s name.
A quick test shows that a keyword search not only returns the conversation where it appears, but multiple mentions within that conversation.
