Tulare murder suspect believed to be in Fresno after seen leaving bar, vehicle found

COUNTY TULARE, California (KFSN) – A woman wanted in connection with the murder of a 65-year-old man in Tulare is believed to be somewhere in Fresno after being caught on video watching entering a bar.

Investigators say Pennie Marie Ince, 52, also known as Pennie Marie Henson from Tulare, entered The Next Bar on Shields and Cedar in downtown Fresno.

Police believe he left through the back door after police arrived at the bar. Her car was found in the parking lot.

Detectives say Ince is suspected of killing Randal Waine Ince from Tulare. He was found dead by Tulare County Sheriff’s deputies during a welfare check on Sunday night.

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office has launched a homicide investigation.

The Pennie Ince is described as 5’4 “tall, 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Not yet found.
