Travis Scott canceling a concert for a rowdy crowd is home — because the family of one Astroworld victim thinks it shows he picks and chooses when he puts fans’ safety first.

Says Hillard: “He knows exactly how to keep his fans safe during a concert, but the problem is that he just didn’t learn that he controls the whole audience.”
According to him, Travis has known to use this power all along, including in Astroworld, but simply refused to use it to solve things. Travis has denied it.
Hillard continues, “There are 10 people who would be alive today, including a young Ezra Blount, if Travis understood that his responsibility as an artist goes beyond just trying to annoy his crowd, and it underscores the rule of ‘if you see something, say something.’
Travis Scott interrupts the concert and tells the fans who are hanging on the trellis
Immediately after the Coney Island show, one of Travis’ reps came out and said… “Travis is committed to doing his part to make sure the events are as safe as possible for fans to have fun,” adding that he encouraged fans to listen to security so everyone can be safe and enjoy yourself.
It might leave TS feeling like he’s damned if he does, damned if he doesn’t – but Hillard just doesn’t buy the sympathetic Trav version of events.
He hits back pretty fiercely … telling us, “Mr. Scott’s problem is, when we call him on the stand to swear him in and cross-examine him, the judge won’t allow his hired representative to sit on the witness stand and answer questions for him.”
As you know…Travis is still tied up several lawsuits who have accused him of being responsible for the death at Astroworld Fest. All of the litigation is still going through the courts, and he has yet to be dismissed from any of those lawsuits… despite after asking.
