Escondido (KUSI) – Fitness Icon Clark Bertram joined KUSI’s Elizabeth Alvarez at Good Morning San Diego to discuss three easy steps to start a personalized fitness regimen.

Bertram says you can create a fitness regimen that fits your needs, regardless of age or fitness level.

He added that he focuses on what he can do, not what he cannot do.

Then rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 daily.

Mark Mathis of KUSI asked Bertram how to stay motivated.
