An Amazon customer who returned an item did not know that the delivery was interrupted.

CBS LA Reporter Kristine Lazar: So you had something you sent back, but didn’t you think it didn’t reach your intended destination?

Customer: Yeah, I don’t even know what’s in the box. I buy a lot from Amazon and send back a lot, I don’t even know what it was.

Union Pacific says this series of tracks was cleared just 30 days ago.
