The team pulled the shark from the water and the video shows them working to free the shark from the hook. They then pushed the shark back into the ocean. When attempted robbers approached the store, 80-year-old Craig Cope is seen grabbing a shotgun from behind the counter and shooting one of the suspects. Puppy Rescued from Wildfire Debris A photojournalist rescued a puppy that was wandering in the debris of the McKinney wildfire on the California-Oregon border. Jonathan Rivas said he finished filming a neighborhood away when he heard yelling. “All of a sudden, this little puppy comes and runs toward me. I was very shocked to see that they came from the ruins there,” Rivas said. The puppy was clearly excited to see Riva in the video. The puppy allowed Riva to pick it up and put it in the back of his car. He gave him some water before dropping him off at a shelter. Raccoon Freed from Mayonnaise Jar by Police Officers in Wisconsin responded to an unusual emergency call about a young raccoon that got its head stuck in a mayonnaise jar. With a little patience, teamwork and creativity, officers from the Middleton Police Department were able to free the little breed from the jar. The officers warned him to obey the curfew and sent him on his way.

Her daring rescue was caught on police body cameras.

The woman was stuck in a wash with rushing water up to 25 to 30 miles per hour. Fire crews knew they had to act fast, so they threw a rope at her to grab her.

“They said she only had a minute left to hold on. She looked like she was in rough shape,” Clark County Fire Marshal Travis Grove said.

The rescue team was able to pull the woman and bring her safely to shore.

A photojournalist rescued a puppy wandering the ruins of the McKinney fire on the California-Oregon border.

Police officers in Wisconsin responded to one unusual emergency call about a young raccoon who stuck his head in a mayonnaise jar.

With a little patience, teamwork and creativity, Middleton police officers were able to free the little raccoon from the jar.

The officers warned him to obey the curfew and sent him on his way.
