ADELANTO, California. – Taste the Pacific right here in the Victor Valley when the Mayjah Vibes Festival comes to Adelanto this spring.

The Poly Plug presents Mayjah Vibes, a Polynesian concert for all ages and a festival held on May 14 at the Adelanto Plaza & Event Center, the former Adelanto Stadium.

The festival will turn the venue into an island paradise, complemented by authentic Polynesian food, fire dancers, lush photo-op spaces, an exclusive coffee lounge and a live concert with a cult display of Polynesian artists.

Mayjah Vibes is the first Polynesian event led by Gabriel Reyes, the current mayor of Adelaide, inspired by the Samoan roots of his family and their time of life in Hawaii.

“We decided to bring a multi-cultural experience to our city with a much-needed spirit of positivity, love and incredible island vibes,” Reyes said.

At the forefront of the event is the roots reggae band Common Kings nominated for a Grammy, which was on tour with Justin Timberlake and Bruno Mars. The concert will also feature island icon George “Fiji” Veikoso, Australian-Maori singer Sammy J, singer-songwriter Analea Brown and DJ Westafa.

No luau is complete without delicious island food! Mayjah Vibes will feature a variety of authentic Polynesian offerings, including poke bowls, kalua pork, shaved ice and poi. The festival also teamed up with local Market760 food vendors to showcase offerings from several local restaurants.

Attendees can enjoy an ice-cold beer or cocktails at Uncle Ed’s Damn Good Vodka. For an additional fee, attendees get access to an exclusive coffee lounge with unlimited portions of coffee, a traditional island beverage. Derived from the root of coffee,

coffee has similar effects as alcohol and is commonly used in traditional relaxation ceremonies.

Mayjah Vibes will begin at 4pm on Saturday, May 14 at Adelanto Plaza and Event Center, 12000 Stadium Way, Adelanto. General tickets cost $ 50. Children up to 3 years are free.

VIP tickets, which allow you to get closer to the seats and access to larger festival venues, cost $ 100. (Use the VVNG keyword to get a 50% discount on VIP tickets).
