Gardena (CBSLA) — Caltrans’s crew worked on Monday night to remove 30,000 pounds of noodles from the north-facing lane of the 110 Highway after the semi-truck overturned.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the truck capsized at about 1:55 on the highway near Rose Clans Avenue. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, one was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Caltrans District 7 reported that the crew continued to clean up the noodles around 8:30 pm and was expected to stay on site until 10:30 pm.
The three right lanes of the highway have been closed for cleanup.
