The cleaner caught fire on the I-15 highway at the Cajon pass – VVNG.com

CAJON PASS, California (VVNG.com) – Teams worked quickly to demolish a commercial street cleaner that caught fire in the Cajon Pass on Wednesday.

It happened around 5:25 p.m., along I-15 Highway north, south of Oak Hill Road.

A commercial street cleaner caught fire on North Interstate 15, near the Oak Hill Road exit.

San Bernardino County firefighters responded to the incident and extinguished the blaze. It took firefighters about 45 minutes to put out the fire.

Lane number 4 was temporarily closed, which led to certain traffic jams for drivers.

The driver of the cleaners managed to escape without any injuries. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
