VICTORVILLE, California (VVNG.com) –– The vehicle of a man from Spring Valley Lake who disappeared for almost a week was spotted near the border with Mexico, officials said.

Robert Andrews34, was last seen at his residence in the 12,800 block of Rain Shadow Road on Saturday, February 26, 2022, officials said.

According to a press release from Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station, Robert left his residence in the early afternoon in a red 2011 Toyota 4-door Toyota Venza, California registration number 6PXC220.

Andrews is 6 ′ tall, weighs 185 pounds, has red hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen in jeans, a camouflage sweatshirt and gray shoes with a red stripe.

Sheriff’s officials said no one close to Andrews had seen or heard him and that he had not appeared on scheduled shifts at work. The vehicle was last seen on traffic cameras near the border with Mexico, but it is not clear if Andrews was in the vehicle.
