VICTORVILLE, California (VVNG.com) – Employees working at Victorville Circle K were threatened with a gun by a 26-year-old passerby after being confronted for shoplifting.
It happened on April 29, 2022, around 11:19 a.m., in block 15200 of Nisqualli Road.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Gloria Huerta told the VVNG that the suspect was later identified as Francisco Garnicaentered circle K and left with the goods without payment.
“When Garnica confronted the employees, he took out a gun and aimed it at the employees,” Huerta said.
The suspect fled the scene and was taken into custody not far away.
Garnika was arrested and convicted of robbing PC211 and was held on $ 100,000 bail. He is scheduled to stand trial in the Victorville courtroom on May 3, 2022.
