Students who took controversial picture at Bullard High expelled, officials say

FRESNO, California (KFSN) – Bullard High School will not fire a student photographed wearing a KKK hood in the school’s weight room.

Students who set it up, took the photo and posted it on the internet will not be welcomed back.

A boy’s lawyer in the photo says he was tricked into posing for the photo and falsely posed as a racist.

The school district initially recommended the expulsion for him as well, but his lawyer says that they reached a confidential arrangement that does not include the expulsion.
