Comedian and actor Andy Dick arrested for public intoxication, failed to register as sex offender in California

Actor and comedian Andy Dick was arrested Friday after being intoxicated in public and failing to register as a sex offender.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, deputies first received reports of a drunken man at a Lake Elsinore tavern early Friday morning.

When the delegates arrived, Dick, 57, was present and appeared drunk. According to TMZ.

During his arrest, authorities indicated Dick’s records indicated he was a registered sex offender who was not up to date on his registry.

He was taken into custody without further incident. Dick was booked and released after posting bail.

This isn’t the comedian’s first run-in to the law.

In 2022, he was found guilty of sexual assault Groping for an Uber driver in West Hollywood in 2019.

In May 2022 Dick was arrested. Orange County Campgrounds on suspicion of sexual assault.

In October 2022, Dick was arrested on suspicion of stealing tools from his Santa Barbara home. According to Santa Barbara Independent.
