I appeal to the concerned citizen of Santa Clarita to support the Save Soil movement, which aims to save land from extinction by raising awareness among 3.5 billion people (60% of the world’s electorate) and increasing soil organic matter. at least 3-6% for all nations through policy changes.

The UN Convention to Combat Desertification reports that if we do not change our land management quickly, by 2050 90% of it could be degraded, leading to a global food crisis. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, all of the world’s topsoil could be lost in 60 years, with more than 50 percent of America’s topsoil already lost.

Since the launch of the Save Soil movement, 74 countries have pledged to take steps to revitalize the land, and so far 2.3 billion people have supported the Save Soil movement. In addition, UN organizations, such as the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification, the Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Economic Forum, and many other global organizations, support the Save Soil movement.
