Ellen Palmgren won the day in both races – 1500 (4: 32.31) և 800 (2: 19.54), defeating teammate Hannah Fredericks in both races by a total of 0.10 seconds. Palmgren’s title in the 1500 meters is his second in a row.

“Both of my races with Hannah ended in the end, which was so much fun,” Palmgren said of Fredericks. “We have never competed against each other before, we were really looking forward to it. Our enthusiasm led us to heavy closures in the 1500s and 800s, which created a fun and exciting race for both of us. ”

“The 5,000m was a great fraternity race,” said Rush, the first of four Mustangs to finish in the top five. “It would not have happened if Wes and Brint had not taken on such a big responsibility. It was a group work.
