Gorges College continued its winning streak against two top-rated programs on Saturday, first defeating El Camino 3-2 and later beating Cypress 15-11 in the wild, sweeping “one home double” to a six-game winning streak. :
The Canyons (6-3-1) started the morning with a series of slightly shocking errors, which followed at 10 a.m. on the first pitch against El Camino (10-5). The Warriors jumped to a 2-0 advantage in the first inning, although they did not record a shot, which was helped by Kougar’s four failures.
The sixth will require a pair of split runs և two out, walking RBI-alone. Julia Fuentes in the seventh, finally to help the canyons pass by El Camino.
The COC took a different approach to the midday game, this time defeating the Cypress 15-11 (9-2). The Cougars ran three or more runs in each of the first four innings, then went the rest of the way, winning for the sixth time in a row. Fuentes and Ashley Hack scored four goals each in the game.

Game 1 (3-2 Canyons win over El Camino)

Game 2 (15-11 Canyons win over Cypress)
The Cougars saw the Cypress take a 3-0 lead in the first inn, but responded quickly with four-run bursts in the home half of the first two innings.
