As it continues to provide support և services երիտասարդ services to young people և young adults և their families, A Light of Hope is proud to announce the appointment of Ronda Chobanyan-Murray to its Board of Directors by Darren Brewster. Chobanian-Murray և Brewster brings years of experience with ALOH և other local nonprofits to help guide the organization into the future.

Chobanyan-Murray, who has lived in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1971, has been a successful real estate agent for 32 years, as well as a “property manager” and event coordinator. For nearly three decades, he was heavily involved in the nonprofit sector, serving on the board of directors of the Children կենտրոն Family Development Center, SCVAA, the Hart Parents Association, and the William S. Hart Staff Committee. He is also the former director of development for the Santa Clarita Valley Boys and Girls Club. Chobanian-Murre is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to the community, especially the youth. She is married to Vince մայր is the mother of two children: Jacob, 25 և Rachel, 20.

Brewster has been a resident of Santa Clarita throughout his life and is a graduate of Hart High School. He found the light of Hope when he needed to turn his life around և attributing to the organization his sobriety of more than 10 years. Brewster has led ALOH sober events for participants for nearly eight years and has supported leading support groups for the past five years. He joins the Board of Directors to support the organization բիզնես և բիզնես և բիզնես::::::::::::::::::::::: When he’s not working as an elevator mechanic or running his own local business – DJ Windows – Brewster can be found while surfing the beach, snowboarding in the mountains, and living within a lifetime.

A Light of Hope is a non-profit, 12-step alternative peer support center for young people and their families. ALOH helps participants և family members who are addicted or self-destructive by creating a safe haven where they can find hope and support.
