Scott Peterson juror denies bias during 2004 trial

SACRAMENTO, California (AP) – A jury at the heart of convicted murderer Scott Peterson vows he was not angry with him until he heard reports he killed his pregnant wife in a case that was arrested around the world in 2004.
Peterson’s lawyers want to make sure Richelle Nice filed a lawsuit against him preventing him from getting a fair trial, and that he lied in his jury questioning to get there. But she said she did not consider herself a domestic violence and was not afraid of her unborn child.
Nice helped punish Peterson for killing Laci Peterson, eight months pregnant.
Friday marks the start of a hearing on Nice’s lies about his history of domestic violence to include a jury that could choose to convict him. Peterson.
