The most expensive homes sold in Granite Bay last week

A house in Granite Bay that sold for $2.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Granite Bay in the past week.

In total, six residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $1.4 million, $450 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 20 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

1. $620,000, detached house in the 4600 block of Yorkshire Way

   The sale of the single family residence in the 4600 block of Yorkshire Way in Granite Bay has been finalized. The price was $620,000, and the new owners took over the house in August. The house was built in 1962 and has a living area of 1,248 square feet. The price per square foot was $497.

2. $710,000, single-family residence in the 8000 block of Joe Rodgers Court

   The sale of the single-family house in the 8000 block of Joe Rodgers Court, Granite Bay, has been finalized. The price was $710,000, and the new owners took over the house in August. The house was built in 1978 and has a living area of 1,796 square feet. The price per square foot was $395.

3. $789,000, single-family house in the 4600 block of Northglen Street

   The 1,917 square-foot single-family house in the 4600 block of Northglen Street, Granite Bay, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in August and the total purchase price was $789,000, $412 per square foot. The house was built in 2014.

4. $1.5 million, single-family home in the 9800 block of Granite View Lane

   A sale has been finalized for the single-family residence in the 9800 block of Granite View Lane in Granite Bay. The price was $1,530,000 and the new owners took over the house in August. The house was built in 1999 and the living area totals 3,508 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $436.

5. $2 million, single-family residence in the 6000 block of 6015 Paseo Villena

   The property in the 6000 block of 6015 Paseo Villena in Granite Bay has new owners. The price was $1,980,000. The house was built in 2005 and has a living area of 5,127 square feet. The price per square foot is $386.

6. $2.5 million, detached house in the 7100 block of Wildwood Place

   The property in the 7100 block of Wildwood Place in Granite Bay has new owners. The price was $2,500,000. The house was built in 2023 and has a living area of 4,451 square feet. The price per square foot is $562.
