A man from San Diego was behind bars on Thursday on suspicion of causing fatal injuries to another man in a quarrel at a pizzeria restaurant in Dana Point.

Jack Isaacson, 20, who recorded his profession as a “military man” in prison records, was held on $ 1 million bail. Isaacson was arrested Wednesday and held on suspicion of murder.

Isaacson is charged with the murder of Michael Terry, 38, by Laguna Niguel, according to Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies were sent to Beach Harbor Pizza at about 7 p.m. on St. Patrick’s Day when the two men got into a fight, lawmakers said.

Terry was seriously injured in the hand-to-hand battle and was taken to a local hospital. Doctors pronounced him dead the next morning, lawmakers said.
