Vang was eventually arrested on Highway 99 north of Elk Grove Blvd.

He was booked into the county’s main jail on charges including armed robbery, theft and possession of stolen property, carjacking and felony eluding, Elk Grove police said. He will appear in court on Tuesday and his bail has been set at $250,000.

The woman was arrested on charges of car theft and possession of a stolen vehicle and was booked into the state jail, Galt police said.
