Roosevelt police arrested the 47-year-old man, whom they called “temporary out of Roosevelt”.

He is currently being held without bail at South Placer Prison and faces felony counts of “obscene or vicious acts” and “harassment or harassment of a child”, as well as misdemeanors of “indecent exposure” and “sexual assault”.

According to Placer County Jail records, he also faces previous charges prior to this drug-related incident and had a warrant for his arrest outside San Bernardino.
