VICTORVILLE, California (VVNG.com) – No serious injuries were reported after the T-bone traffic collision in which a truck pulling a road trailer and a limousine took part.
It happened around 4:52 p.m., March 20, 2022, on Ridgecrest Road and Yates Road, near the Spring Valley Lake community.
Victorville City Fire, along with a California highway patrol, responded to the collision and located a black BMW sedan and a Ford F250 with a 22-foot trailer that blocked the driveway.
Amy O ‘Loughlin lives nearby and said she and her husband were standing outside when they heard the crash and drove there to make sure everyone was fine.
According to Amy, the black car accelerated Ridgecrest, lost control of the curve, hit the ground and went to the side. The truck with the trailer could not stop in time and smashed the black car.
Amy said that the impact caused the passenger door on the car to push all the way to the driver’s side.
A teenager in the back seat of the truck suffered cuts to the head from a broken window on the fifth wheel. The driver of the BMW was the only passenger in the vehicle and was awake and talking.
The trailer connected to the trailer was cut off and had to be removed with the help of heavy towing trucks.
Traffic along Ridgecrest Road between Chinquapino and Tahoe was hit by the incident until around 7:15 p.m., when everything was cleared.
The Victorville CHP station is conducting an investigation.
