San Diego — The National Meteorological Service issued a flood advisory on Monday morning in the north and central north of San Diego County.
Flood recommendations are valid until 8 am in Carlsbad, Escondido, Fallbrook, Julian, Ramona and Vista. So far, the Oceanside has received half and three-quarters of rain, according to the NWS San Diego.
In San Diego County, showers and thunderstorms were expected in the morning, and bad weather had moved to the mountains and deserts by Monday afternoon.
Forecasts are very humid throughout the county on Mondays, with 75-82 degrees on the coast and inland, 95-100 degrees in the desert, and 70 degrees in the mountains.
