Bay Area driver crashes into $99,000 car bought with stolen ID, police say

San Rafael police investigating the hit-and-run accident found that the driver allegedly committed identity theft to purchase the $99,000 car.

Police went to the BioMarin at 770 Lindaro Street early Monday morning to investigate the crash and found a 2022 Infiniti QX80 vehicle in the area.
