A 15-year-old girl was struck by lightning while inside her home in Pennsylvania on Monday night, fire officials confirmed. At least five houses in the area were struck by lightning, including the house where the teenage girl was hit. Circleville Fire Chief Keith Gray said lightning struck the girl’s pink toe and came out of her left foot. Giana Scaramuzzo said she was treated for EMS and is fine. “Suddenly I hear the loud thunder, and I see lightning, and I see it reflected from my mirror, and suddenly I feel like a shock to my pink, and then it goes up in my body and comes out of my leg,” she said.
