Jared is diligent. He arrives 10 minutes before the shift begins. His belief is that big hands need to be ready to start the task on time, rather than going through the front door when moving over number 12.
Jared is grateful for his work. He has spring on his steps through the shift. His belief is that the customer deserves his best service, which will expand itself through his gratitude.
Jared loves his work. He does all the work to the fullest of his abilities. His belief is that our work can make love visible.
Jared is in his early twenties and is clearly raised by his parents who taught him well. He understands the interdependence of working with others. If he does not complete all the tasks during the shift, he tells his boss that he will be late to finish unpaid.
Jared gives me hope and inspires me to do my best at work. How about you? Let’s all work like Jared.
