APPLE VALLEY, California (VVNG.com) – The 24-year-old conditionally released from Adelant returned to prison after the deputy found him with a loaded gun and marijuana, officials said.

On Sunday, May 1, 2022, around 10:00 p.m., Deputy Watson of the Apple Valley Police Department stopped traffic on a black limousine near State Highway 18 and Pawnee Road, in the Apple Valley city.

The passenger was identified as parole, Richard Robinson.

According to a press release, “Deputy Watson searched Robinson and found a loaded gun in his belt. A search of the vehicle turned up a large bag of processed marijuana. ”

Robinson was transported to the High Desert Detention Center, and during the booking process, over $ 1,200 in cash was found hidden from Robinson. He was reported for the crime of possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and possession of marijuana for sale. He was remanded in custody instead of a $ 50,000 bail.

In addition to the above charges, Robinson was punished for violating the terms of parole and was held on parole without bail.
