UBS has announced the departure of five senior Credit Suisse executives just hours after confirming the acquisition of its Swiss rival had been completed.

Retiring include Chief Financial Officer Dixit Joshi, General Counsel Markus Diethelm, Edwin Pan Asia Pacific Head, David Miller Co-Head Investment Banking and Ken Pan Market Co-Head .
