The study also found that people with Omicron are less likely to lose weight smelland confirms previous studies that it is not serious.
To find out the differences in how Omicron and Delta treat patients, the researchers used a free mobile app called ZOE which has over 63,000 people vaccinated in the UK under 16 years of age. -99 reported COVID symptoms between June 2021 and January 2022.
For those who had two vaccines with an upgrade, Omicron symptoms took 4.4 days, compared to 7.7 for Delta – a difference of 3.3 days.
