NWS confirms two tornadoes hit western Arkansas Monday

The National Weather Service gave estimates for the two tornadoes that hit Arkansas on Monday. The first hit at 5:12 p.m. An EF-1 uprooted trees over the mile-long path. It was 140 yards wide at maximum. The second came a little later, at 5:23 p.m. It was also an EF-1. This tornado was 2.4 miles long and had a maximum width of 200 yards.
