Pomona police reported that a motorcyclist had died in Pomona after a collision with a tree on Tuesday night.
At around 6:44 pm, Pomona PD responded to a crash at Mission Boulevard, west of Philips Drive. The Los Angeles County Fire Department also responded, but the driver was sentenced to death, police said.
The driver cannot be clearly identified in the field and will be followed up by Coroner, Los Angeles County. The clash is being investigated by a major accident investigation team at the Pomona Police Station.
