She even claimed that when she told them about an inappropriate situation a photographer put her in, in which he ‘tried to force her to take off her clothes’ while they were alone in his house, she brushed it off and they told her to ‘get used to it.’

She opened up about the negative aspects of the modeling industry in a TikTok video that quickly went viral – racking up more than two million views since it was posted last month.

‘Cute things modeling agents said to me as a minor,’ she wrote in the clip, as she danced for the camera in black biker shorts and a matching sports bra.

She then began to list some of the things her agents have told her over the years, including, ‘We’ll put you on a mandatory seven-day juice cleanse and take the cost out of your paycheck.’

According to Maddie, she was once scolded for eating food from the popular burger joint Shake Shack.

“You shouldn’t be eating Shake Shack, let alone posting it on Instagram for clients to see,” she wrote, continuing the things her managers have said to her throughout her career.

‘We put 6 hours of Pilates daily on your work schedule, and we will check with the instructor [to make sure] you came down.’

She said the photographer ‘tried to force her to take off her clothes’ while they were alone in his home. She can be seen in a photo taken by the unnamed photographer

Last but not least, she said her managers told her: ‘Well, this is fashion honey, get used to it’ after a photographer tried to take her nude.

In a previous video, she said the incident happened when she was 17, and that the photographer told her she would ‘never make it in the industry if she wasn’t willing to take her panties off.’

Many people were horrified by Maddie’s claims and took to the comments section to share their thoughts. Some other models also spoke out, sharing their own bad incidents.

“FACTS – I got a personal trainer when I first started modeling and was told to get to a 23-inch waist,” said one model.

Another said: ‘I was just told I was fat’, while a third added: ‘I remember sitting on a stool at 15 and the photographer looking at my thigh in disgust which would naturally flatten on a chair have to sit down and said: “Oh no.”‘

‘I experienced [something] similar, so I left and became a technology executive,’ read a fourth comment.

Others simply shared their displeasure, with one person commenting: ‘6am? Juice cleanse? Why don’t they just say, “no luck allowed?” And the last… speechless.’

‘My God,’ said another user. ‘Modeling sounds awful.’

Another called it ‘disgusting’, while another wrote it was ‘horrible’.

‘Hell no! The fact that they got away with all this s**t is terrible,’ another person agreed. ‘It’s a shame you went through that.’
