Man, 24, accused of fatal, unprovoked stabbing in Anaheim

Anaheim, Calif. (KABC)-Anaheim police arrested a man suspected of stabbing and killing a guard.

It happened outside the strip mall on Lincoln Avenue after 10 pm last Friday.

According to police, a temporary 24-year-old Andrew Isaiah Godines from the area attacked and killed Joseph Paul Gaimard, 46, from Tustin. Gomez worked as a security guard on the scene.

They say the attack was not triggered.

The victim was later killed in the hospital and the suspect was arrested near the scene.
