Los Angeles students surprised with music studio

Los Angeles, CA (KERO) — Los Angeles music students were very surprised when they stepped into class this week. They got a state-of-the-art music production studio.

The construction was not only the best secret, but also with donations from industry insiders and rap artists.

“Nipsey Hussle came to school here. We know we can create the next artist in their school that will eventually become someone’s mural,” said Markham Middle School Vice-Principal. One Yumi Kawasaki said.

Students now have the finest equipment such as beatpads, fender guitars and electric keyboards.

According to the organizers, students face many challenges in their neighborhood, but they also have a lot of talent.

The production room also has plant walls and murals depicting black artists and producers who grew up in Watt.
