California’s largest county said it would suspend its health order on Friday to allow the opening of restaurants, bars and other businesses for people showing evidence of illness. .

The move comes at a time when COVID-19 patients and hospitals are declining.
The county left behind the state as a whole, which raised its internal mask order for those detained last week.
