UBS has announced the departure of five senior Credit Suisse executives just hours after confirming the acquisition of its Swiss rival had been completed.
Retiring include Chief Financial Officer Dixit Joshi, General Counsel Markus Diethelm, Edwin Pan Asia Pacific Head, David Miller Co-Head Investment Banking and Ken Pan Market Co-Head .
The resignation was revealed in a staff memo obtained by the Financial Times and reviewed by UBS, in which Francesco De Ferrari, who was head of wealth management at Credit Suisse, was replaced by UBS wealth head Iqbal Khan. It was also revealed that he would be appointed as a senior advisor to
