City officials in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County, approved Monday evening a plan to provide assistance to people suffering from homelessness. They endorsed the program with the aim of hoping it would serve as a model for future homeless awareness campaigns. Fees include not only the roof over their heads but also the phone number and address for these people to receive mail. This reserved home is meant to be a temporary home, as law enforcement officials will help future residents find permanent, safe and secure housing. Monday approval is a one-year support service.

City officials in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County, approved Monday evening a plan to provide housing assistance to people suffering from homelessness.

At Monday’s city council meeting, officials agreed to set aside $ 100,000 to provide housing for five homeless people. They endorsed this initiative with the intention of doing so in the hope that it would serve as a model for future homeless awareness campaigns.

Fees include not only the top of their heads, but also the phone number and address where these people will receive mail.
